565,673. Gratings for gullies, sinks, &c. ARCHER, 0. J. Nov. 25, 1943, No. 16962/42. [Class 26] [Also in Group X] Gratings for gullies, sinks, &c. consist of cantilever prongs 2 projecting from the peripheral framework towards the centre of the grating, a free zigzag space 3 being left between the ends of the prongs across the middle of the grating. The prongs, which end in points 4 to facilitate cleansing, are level on their under surfaces and inclined downwardly on their upper surfaces. Lugs 5 may be provided on the underside of the framework of the grating to raise it from its usual seating.
