Abstract

562,261. Fairleads. LAMBERT, A. Jan. 16, 1943, No. 826. [Class 78 (v)] A fairlead comprises two vertical rollers 2 backed by two horizontal rollers 2, the rollers being spaced apart sufficiently to provide a central gap through which the cable passes. The frame 1 carrying the rollers is of square formation, so that the cable lead 3 is also square in shape. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 19,725/95. [Class 78].
