560,295. Seats. VARMA, D. C. Aug. 10, 1942, No. 11144. Addition to 551,617. [Class 52 (iv)] The cushion seat claimed and described in the parent Specification is modified by dividing the more yielding area located behind the central cavity D, into three separate areas D3, D<4>, D<5> respectively for receiving the coccyx and the two ischium bones. The three separate areas may consist of inserts of more yielding material but are preferably each in the form of a cavity or recess which may extend through the upper surface of the seat.
