558,402. Securing bed-clothes. SCHWARZ, J. Sept. 3, 1942, No. 12432. [Class 52 (ii)] A bed-cover 11 is prevented from slipping off by means of bands 14 connected at one end to the cover by attachment means (for example, press buttons 12) and connected at the other end to a pad or block 17 by further attachment means. The pad or block 17 may be located between the mattress and the wire or other base of the bed, or may be suspended under the bed from the wire mesh or from a steel lath, for example by means of a hook. The bands may be adjusted in length by usual control slides or other means.
