[Class 87 (ii)] A non - inflatable core comprises a sponge - rubber structure combined with or contained within a member having sufficient strength and a sufficiently lower factor of stretch - ability than the sponge rubber to facilitate the withdrawal of the core. In examples :- (1) A block of sponge rubber F having passages G is enclosed in a loose fabric or other casing E. Removal is effected by pulling on the sponge rubber and casing together. (2) A solid block of sponge rubber is amalgamated with a rubber casing, the whole being enclosed within a loose fabric or paper casing. Specification 554,336 is referred to.
