Abstract

542,083. Sanitary appliances. CURTIS, G. June 13, 1940, No. 10303. [Class 26] A syringing dish especially for use in connection with ear syringing operations comprises a receptacle 1, in the form of a sector of an annulus of channel form and having front and rear walls 3, 4 and end walls 5, 6 which converge towards each other. The wall 4 which is concave on its rear side is provided with an upwardly extending shield 7, which may be integral therewith, and provided with a central recess 8 to fit under the ear of the .patient. The bottom 2 of the receptacle is provided with one or more depressions 10 preferably at the ends so that it is of saddle shape to rest on the shoulder of the patient and be firmly located there.
