[Class 38 (v)] [Also in Group XXVI] A box, having a rotary operating member 9 passing through it, whereby a tumbler switch 4 or other device is actuated, is made watertight by fixing a disc 10 to the handle 9 and putting plastic packing material 23 in a cavity between the disc and box. The disc 10 may have an annular projection 25 which co-operates with a groove on the box to form a bearing.
