538,782. Photographic enlarging masks. HARRISON, H. W. April 5, 1940, No. 6208. [Class 98 (i)] An adjustable mask for use in selection of a portion of a photographic or other pictorial representation for reproduction on the same or a different scale comprises two movable angular members A, B, each having an open angular recess R, or R<SP>1</SP> in one of its sides, with means D, E for guiding them over one another so that the angular recesses co-operate to provide an aperture variable in size but preserving a pre-determined ratio between its length and width. The guide ways may be angularly adjustable to change the ratio between the length and width of the aperture.
