537,766. Buttons. HENLEY'S TELEGRAPH WORKS CO., Ltd., W. T., and MOOR, E. April 30, 1940, No. 7736. [Class 43] A button comprises a domed or dishshaped front 1 of moulded non-metallic material, such as a synthetic plastic or bone, a metal back plate 2, and a tag or eye 3, the ends of which pass through holes 10 in the plate of such size that the tag can both rock and slide in relation to the back plate. The edge of the front 1 is formed with an undercut V-shaped circular groove 5 forming a shoulder 6 and an inwardly-expanding lip 7, and the edge of the back plate 2 is expanded into this groove by pressure.
