[Class 87 (i)] A crank for supporting pottery ware during firing comprises a base a provided with lugs b to receive conical ends at the bottom of three rods c of triangular cross section, these rods being formed with triangular recesses loosely to receive the ends of rods e, also of triangular cross section, and preferably arranged on a slight upward incline. The longitudinal edges of these rods serve as knife edges to support the pottery ware. The various parts may be of polygonal section other than triangular.
