Abstract

531,742. Wardrobe cases. BROOKS & CO., Ltd., J. B., and TIPPING, W. E. Aug. 1, 1939, No. 22239. [Class 18] A wardrobe case has a structure 4, Fig. 1, normally located within the lid with pivots 10 engaging gaps in plates 11, so that it may be turned down for pivots 12 to engage recesses 18 in plates 17, and thereafter be turned about the pivots 12 into the position shown in Fig. 3 with the clothes hangers 9 supported on foldable rods 8 uppermost. A pivotally mounted frame 13 has hooks 14 which may be engaged with studs 15 or 19. In a modification, the pivots 12 are dispensed with, shank portions 4a, Fig. 12, engaging sockets 22. Specification 517,893 is referred to.
