[Class 107] A hose-bridge, for preventing damage to a fire hose 4 by a vehicle wheel, has a flexible base 1 which extends beyond the ramps 2 and lies flat on the ground, this extension being clamped by the vehicle wheel 6 to the ground before the wheel reaches the ramps, whereby the bridge is immobilised. The ramps may consist of blocks 5 of wood or other material secured to the flexible base, which may be of webbing or rubberized fabric, or of metal. ,
