527,598. Creasing garments. FISCHER, R. April 17, 1939, No. 11562. Convention date, Aug. 6, 1938. [Class 141] A liquid for applying to fabrics being creased by ironing comprises an alkaline swelling agent and rubber latex which is transformed during the operation into a flexible, crease-fixing layer. The liquid may consist of 100 c.c. water 3 g. each of borax and potash and 100 g. of rubber latex containing 40 per cent. of rubber.
