522,858. Condensers. FIDES GES. FUR DIE VERWALTUNG UND VERWERTUNGVON GEWERBLICHEN SCHUTZRECHTEN. Jan. 11, 1939, No. 987. Convention date, Jan. 11, 1938. [Class 37] [Also in Group IV] Electric condensers are prepared using as dielectric thin foils of polystyrol having other materials incorporated therein which serve to adjust the dielectric-constant temperature co-efficient of the dielectric to a predetermined value. The foil may be metal coated. The incorporation of the other materials may be effected by mixing in a common solvent; by blending under heat and by polymerization of the material in the presence of the polystyrol. A suitable material is polyvinyl chloride.
