[Class 40 (iii)] In the parent Specification an object is imaged on a Nipkow disc by a system whose magnification is varied. The present Specification applies this principle to the case in which the disc is imaged on the object. As described in the parent Specification, the apertures of the disc lie on a spiral of varying pitch, keystone distortion is eliminated by masking, and brightness changes are compensated. Specifications 464,831, 465,184, and 466,051; are referred to.
