[Class 80 (iv)] The motor-compressor unit is formed with brackets 21 having a tapered aperture for the reception of the coned ends of helical springs 20. The unit is contained in a casing 11, 12, the upper part of which carries inverted- U-shaped stops 25 surrounding the brackets. and the lower part is formed with platforms 22. Cups 23 welded to the platforms tightly engage the lower ends of the springs.
