Abstract

A sound reproducing diaphragm comprises a one-piece diaphragm produced by a moulded pulp process, said diaphragm having been impregnated with a synthetic resin varnish such as a phenolaldehyde varnish, and then pressed between heated and polished dies to harden the varnish and to form a one-piece diaphragm.
