483,460. Determining physical qualities of materials ; resistances. SCHIERJOTT, K. Nov. 4, 1937, No. 30287. Convention date, Nov. 4, 1936. [Class 37] Electrical conductivity measurements wherein a number of instruments are employed, include a combined constructional arrangement of electrodes and temperature equalizing resistors, the set of electrodes b<1> .. b<3> being connected each to its respective instrument, and the common electrode a being in circuit with all of the instruments. The temperature equalizing resistors c, Fig. 1, are built into the common electrode a, or they can be built into the separate electrodes. The electrodes are shaped, or partitioned, so as to form the requisite number of measuring cells. Fig. 3 shows another construction having the electrodes b<1> .. b<3> concentric with a common electrode a.
