[Class 52 (i)] The yoke i of a castor is pivoted in a hollow channel-shaped housing ,f carrying the pintle b at a point j offset from the pintle axis and springs k are interposed between the crown of the yoke and the underside of the housing. The ends of the latter may be closed by a U-shaped casing g which also forms a stop r for the yoke.
