473,223. Roller clearers for spinning &c. machines. SOC. ALSACIENNE DE CONSTRUCTIONS MECANIQUES. Dec. 18, 1936, No. 34889. Convention date, Dec. 20, 1935. [Class 120 (ii)] Clearer rollers H or felt or like covered strips for the bottom drawing rollers of spinning and like machines are carried in springs A secured to brackets B, pivotal about a rod C, and a retaining latch D is arranged so that when it is released the clearer roller swings downwards, as shown in Fig. 2, to permit ready access to the rollers for cleaning.
