463,164. Wafer biscuits. FACCHINO'S PURITY BISCUITS, Ltd., and FACCHINO, A. July 30, 1936, No. 21063. [Class 28 (i)] A wafer cup or cone for ice cream has a boundary bead 3 which is large relatively to the thickness of the body wall, e gutter or groove 4 being formec in the bead to ensure that the bead is baked to the same extent as the body of the cone. The walls 5, 6 of the groove 4 may be joined by radial ribs. The outside 1 of the cone is patterned as desired and an external ridge 12 is provided to seat upon ar internal shoulder 10 of a similar wafer when the wafers are nested.
