Abstract

455,281. Hinges. LUSTY, W. K., c/o Lusty & Sons, Ltd., W., Colin Street, Bromleyby-Bow, London. April 13, 1935, No. 11522. [Class 65 (ii)] [See also Group XIV] Means for pivoting shelves &c. 1 between side members 2 comprise plates 6 attached to the members 2 and each provided with two communi cating slots 7, 8 disposed as shown, pairs of pivot pins 3, 31 being provided on opposite sides of the shelf 1 and arranged to co-operate with the slots 7, 8. The arrangement is such that when the shelf 1 is vertical the pin 3<1> and the pin 3 are both in the slot 7 while when the shelf 1 is horizontal the pin 3<1> is at the bottom of the slot 8 and the pin 3 is at the bottom of the slot 7 as shown.
