[Class 89 (i)] [See also Group X] The side plates of electrically heated stoves are connected by a corner strip a of crescent form in cross-section and carrying at its centre screws c which press the plates e against the main side plates to secure them. In a modification, Fig. 8, the corner strip y, s is built up and encloses the heads of the screws. In a further modification the side plates g overlap under the screw heads.
