[Class 64 (ii)] [See also Group XI] A metal cylinder a is provided with an external electric heating element band with internal resilient heat transmitting means g which engage with a milk bottle f or other article to be heated. The transmitting means may comprise metal strips one edge of each of which runs from top to bottom of the container and is secured thereto, while the other edge bears resiliently on the article f. Alternatively a corrugated metal cylinder may be fitted inside the cylinder a to serve as the heat-transmitting means.
