[Class 44] [See also Group XIV] A device for holding napkins and like articles comprises a disc 6 of rubber or other resilient material having slots meeting at a common point and through which the napkin X is inserted, the disc being mounted in a removable and non-rigid manner. Figs. 3 and 5 show a channel-sectioned frame or mounting ring 13. The ring may be suitably embodied in a cupboard or other structure. Figs. 7, 9, 10, show a fitting 1 with holes 3 for attachment screws &c., the fitting having a rebated aperture 4 with slots 17, the disc being retained by a ring 18 with tongues 19 which are passed through the slots 17 and clinched. In both forms clearance is left round the periphery of the disc to permit radial expansion.
