[Class 20 (i)] [See also Groups XIV and XV] In a jointing member having parts of channel section into which the elements to be connected are slid endwise, the walls of the channels are each coiled or bent inwardly or outwardly so as to form a rounded beading 8 extending lengthwise of the channel and engaging correspondingly shaped depressions 11 or beads on the connected elements. Pins 12 prevent endwise movement. The joint may be applied to various purposes such as shelving, structures, picture frames, toys.
