Abstract

A flower-pot is made from a single blank of wood veneer which is rolled to form a hollow truncated cone and is secured by rivets, clips, stitches, or pins. The bottom comprises a flat, rigid, perforated disc adapted to lodge in the body of the pot. The blank has substantially the shape of the development of a truncated cone and may be overlapped in one or more layers. The pot may be stained or polished or treated with preservative. Specifications 14766/08, [Class 66], 4464/09, [Class 6 (ii)], 119,337, 146,073, [both in Class 66], and 388,850 are referred to.
