[Class 19] A device for applying dye or toilet preparation to the hair cornprises a brush 4 detachably mounted, as by elastic bands 6, to a collapsable tube 1, wherein the tube and brush handle are complementarily shaped so that the tube nozzle 3 is disposed exteriorly of the bristles. In the form shown, the tube is grooved to fit the handle, but alternatively the handle may be hollowed to receive the tube. The end 8 of the brush is pointed to act as a single-tooth comb.
