Abstract

434,945. Key-holders. TRIGGS, W. W., 57, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London.-(Buxton, Inc.; 322, Main Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, U.S.A.) June 1, 1935, No. 15995. [Class 44] A key retaining member comprising a loop 10 of stiff wire having its ends brought together to form a neck portion 12, terminating in a ball shaped head 13 which is divided along the plane of symmetry, has its flat meeting faces formed with a projection and a recess as shown in Fig. 3, to prevent lateral displacement of one face over the other when in use. The surfaces are held in contact by the resilience of the loop. The loop is for use particularly in a key case as described in Specification 373,468 wherein the necks 12 of the loops move in gated slots in a tube secured near one edge of the case, but it may be used independently of a case.
