Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, July 4, 1934]. [Class 26] [See also Groups XXI and XXIX] A cut-off supply device for baths comprises a chamber 10 accommodating a loose valve-disc 16 normally supported in the position shown by a leg 17 and having attached thereto a float 11. In order to prevent water-shocks arising on the closing of the valve, the supply-conduit to the chamber is so contrived that annular passages are provided as at 5, or a flexible pipe may conduct the water therethrough, or it may be provided with helically-wound strips. The float is protected by a sheet 19 and is disposed in a housing 9 having an aperture 12, and the chamber 10 has a valveseating 14, a guide plate 13 and a draining-hole.
