Abstract

In making a bituminized cement, by intermingling atomized cement and bitumen, the bitumen used is of such a fluidity as to have a penetration greater than 300 at 20 DEG C. The bitumen may be thinned by any flux, e.g. a polyhydric alcohol such as glycerine. The order of the dimensions of the grains of the hydraulic material is thus not altered.
