418,089. Nails. THOMPSON, W. B., Stoke Corner, Stoke Poges Lane, and BLAIR, A. C., 33, Timber Town, both in Slough, Buckinghamshire. Nov. 6, 1933, No. 30799. [Class 89 (ii).] A nail has its point formed in two parts 6, 7 connected by a thin web 4 which is broken on driving and allows the two parts to diverge. In a modification the nail point is formed with three parts. In a further modification, Fig. 7, the nail is double ended, each point being divided and having a connecting web, an intermediate collar 12 being formed on the shank to facilitate even driving.
