Convention date, Jan. 5, 1933. [Class 8 (ii).] Liquid oxygen is delivered from a producer 10 through a pipe 11 to a container 12. Deposition of rime on exposed parts, and rusting, are prevented by delivering the dry gaseous nitrogen from the producer through pipes 13, 14 to a casing 33 surrounding the oxygen supply valve, and to the interior of the casing 16 of the container 12, where it surrounds an auxiliary coil 21 in which a part of the oxygen is revaporized to place the contents of the container under pressure to promote discharge of gas or liquid. Atmospheric air enters the casing through apertures 22 to assist the revaporization.
