[Class 64 (ii).] A rubber hot-water bottle is provided with an electric heater b surrounded by a wicklike tube c by which the heater is cooled by water even if not submerged. The tube c is surrounded by a metal sleeve d, and the walls of the bottle are provided with projecting ribs e.
