Abstract

411,187. Signs. ROYLE, L., Mansfield Road, Layton, Blackpool. May 29, 1933, No. 35385. [Class 3 (ii).] A box sign comprises two superposed sheets of prismatic glass B', B<5>, the prisms of one sheet being disposed at right angles to those of the other. The prisms are approximately right-angled isosceles triangles in cross-section, and are arranged with one of the equal sides of each prism lying in the plane of the sheet, while the other equal side stands perpendicular thereto. One of the sheets may be compounded of two parts having their prisms relatively reversed as shown at B<4> in Fig. 1. The sign includes also a plain sheet of glass B <1>, a display sheet B<2>, and a sheet of hammered glass &c. B<3>.
