Abstract

406,588. Aerials. KENT, A. F., Lee Moor, Cornwood, Devon. Aug. 18, 1933, No. 23055. [Class 40 (v).] An aerial is made from an elongated blank, Fig. 1, of copper-plated and tempered stripsteel or other suitable metal rolled or otherwise shaped into an elongated cone, Fig. 2, capable of standing in an insulated base-clip or container g without other support. For transport it can be taken out of the clip and rolled up from end to end. Fig. 3 shows an alternative form built up from a series of such cones or from tapering tubes bound together by tapered rings and screw fastenings.
