389,259. Junction boxes. HENLEY'S TELEGRAPH WORKS CO., Ltd., W. T., 11, Holborn Viaduct, London, and NICHOLS, W. H., Garthowen, Hervines Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Feb. 18, 1932, No. 4881. [Class 38 (i).] A terminal box comprises a base formed with longitudinal channels 2 and a trough-shaped cover 5 having its edges turned over as shown or provided with beadings or wires so as to fit the channels, the whole being held together by hooked metal straps 7. The distance between the channels differs slightly from the normal distance between the edges of the trough to ensure a tight joint which may be further improved by the use of packing material. The box may be filled with sealing compound.
