Abstract

388,920. Partitioned travelling-cases. VAUGHAN, D. G., 57, Cadogan Gardens, Chelsea, London. Feb. 1, 1932, No. 2957. [Class 18.] A case 1 for carrying toilet or other equipment for dogs, babies, &c. is provided with a lid 2, handle 6, and locking means 3, 4 and has internally a number of dividing walls 7 arranged to form compartments to hold the article required, one or more of the dividing walls having a strap 15 secured at each of its ends thereby to accommodate small flat articles such as a comb 17, and one or more pockets 29 attached to the inner side of the lid. Press stud fastenings 5 may be provided on the side flaps of the lid and the side walls of the case. The dividing walls 7 may be formed in one piece to be easily removable for cleaning and may be varied in position to adjust the sizes of the compartments. Retaining straps may pass across the middle of the top of the case. The case may be covered with leather or other waterproof washable material.
