[Class 92 (i).] Relates to anti-aircraft gun mountings as described in Specification 349,211 and having spring mechanism I, J for counterbalancing the parts movable about the gun trunnions b arranged in duplicate symmetrically on each side of the gun's axis as described in Specification 261,962. According to the present invention, the cables K4 connecting the pins B<1> on the cradle with the spring-compressing pulleys K<3> are arranged in the vertical planes of the elevating arcs D<5>.
