[Class 30.] To provide increased clearance for lather &c., without reducing the bladebearing surface of the teeth of a safetyrazor guard, the upper sides of the teeth b are bevelled along a curved path c to form recesses which extend beyond the roots of the teeth and leave a knife-edge e adjacent the cutting edge of the blade which lies along the line l, m. The lower surface is unmodified.
