Abstract
368,046. Calendars. SEWARD, J. R., Greno House, Argyle Road, Whitby, Yorkshire. Feb. 23, 1931, No. 5590. [Class 106 (iv).] A perpetual calendar for ascertaining the day of the week on which any date fell from A.D. 1582 to A.D. 1999 comprises a pair of relatively rotatable discs a, b, the upper disc a, Fig. 1, having the month names and corresponding date figures inscribed in an annular ring thereon and the lower disc b, Fig. 2, having the day names arranged radially around the edge, and within the area of the upper disc a series of year numbers. The upper disc a has a radial slot h arranged so as to expose one of the sets of year numbers on the lower disc, the slot being graduated by the use of the century numbers i.
