364,872. Embossed paper. HOLEDTITE PACKING CORPORATION, 100, East 42nd Street, New York, U.S.A. Jan. 28, 1931, No. 2739. Convention date, Feb. 18, 1930. [Class 96.] A sheet of pull material for pack ing is formed with integral fold lines 12, 12 A, which intersect one an other and form areas filled by imperforate protuberances 11 having inclined faces which con verge towards their tops. The lines and protuberances are formed from the pulp by sucking it against a correspondingly formed screen, the sheet being composed of matted fibres disposed parallel to the contour of the screen so that the sheet tends to keep its original shape. The lines may comprise ridges, as shown, or curved depressions between the protuberances which may rise to a point or to a ridge 11 A or have shallow depressions in their apices, and be of a regular prismatic formation. The reverse side of the sheet is maintained substantially flat.
