[Class 112.] Lock stitch boot sole sewing-machines.-Relates to thread-handling devices particularly in a machine of the type described in Specification 23478/10, [Class 112, Sewing &c.]. In such a machine, a needle-loop detainer, an auxiliary take-up, a bobbinthread layer, and a bobbin-thread pull-off are arranged so that no separate thread-measuring mechanism or special adjustment of the take-up in accordance with the thickness of the work are necessary. The machine comprises the usual curved hook needle 20, work-support 24, presserfoot 26, bobbin-case 27 loop-taker 28 and main take-up roll 36.
