Abstract
355,110. Ceiling and like rosettes. FRANTZ, G. C., 2121, Green Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. Oct. 27, 1930, No. 32257. [Class 20 (iv).] An ornamental floor, ceiling, or wall plate having a central opening to accommodate a pipe 26 comprises two similar half sections which are provided on their abutting faces with interengaging lugs 14, 16 and recesses 17, 18 and are frictionally held on the pipe by a pair of flat springs 20, one on each section, which normally extend within the said central openings. The ends 24 of the springs which engage the pipe are of arcuate formation, while the other ends 21 are channel-shaped and are secured in square recesses in the back of the plate by their own expansive resiliency.
