[Class 52 (v).] A clothes airing rack consists of a number of pivoted rods, which can be opened out fanwise, carried by a clamp which is provided with converging grooves &c. to receive the cross-bars of a clothes horse. In the construction shown a wooden plate a, carrying one fixed rod c and four pivoted rods b, is formed in its under side with converging grooves d and carries a clamping bar g. In a modification the plate a is replaced by a flanged metal plate.
