[Class 98 (i).] The detachable cap 12, Figs. 2 and 7, fitting on the end of the casing 13, Fig. 3, of a film pack has a slot 33 in the end 41 and is fitted with a troughshaped support 36 containing spring-pressed plush strips 34, 34a, the lower face 40 also being slotted to provide a light trapped passage for the film tabs. The metal cut from the face 40 to form the slot is rolled up at the ends 39 forming stops for the shoulders of the films. The rear edge of the case 13 passes between the elongated side 30 of the cap and the rear face of the inner trough 36, and is held by a frictional grip. The internal construction of the film pack described comprises (a) a lining 14, Fig. 3, of black paper on the back and bottom of the casing, and extending upwardly just above the exposure opening ; and (b) a separating member 10, Fig. 4, having legs 11, rearward lugs 20, springs 22, lighter springs 21 engaging recesses 26, Fig. 5, of a cardboard pressure sheet 24; this sheet having a black paper extension 25 passing round the rolled end 23 of the partition 10.
