Moving-chamber apparatus. - The apparatus comprises a pump 14 supplying liquid to a chamber 20 faster than it can be removed by a drum 1 driven at a speed proportional to that of the pump. The measuring chambers of the drum have peripheral inlets 4, 4<1> and central outlets 6, 6<1>, gutterforming ribs 28 are provided, and speed indicating and/or counting mechanism is geared to the drum.
