Abstract

334,624. Thermos (1925), Ltd., Sawney, L. T., and Wiley, W. June 11, 1929. Infusers.-A cork for a vacuum jacketed vessel has an infusion device of stainless metal formed thereon or attached thereto, to enable a fresh infusion to be made just prior to drinking. The infuser a may be secured through the cork k, Fig. 1. The stopper may be at the top, m, or at the bottom, c, Fig. 7. The infuser may be suspended from the cork. It may also carry the tea carrier q, Fig. 4. It may be screwed into the cork. The cork may be double, one side v being used to close the vessel during transit and the other w having the infuser attached, Fig. 7.
