Stop-motions, warp.-Relates to devices of the kind in which, upon warp breakage, a narrower part of a slot in a drop wire prevents the oscillation of a non-circular vibrator rod. The vibrator rods 25 have depending arms 27 linked together and to a control rod 31 adapted to move a rod 33 on a cam-worked lever 36 beneath a shoulder 34 or an adjustable abutment on the shipper handle 11. One of the vibrator rods has an arm 40 carrying a tubular part 42 in which a cam-worked rod 43 having a stop 44 moves. Normally, the part 42 moves downwardly with the actuator rod 43 and causes the rod 31 to be moved from under the shoulder 34, but when a warp breaks, the fallen wire causes the sleeve 42 to be held in raised position as shown in Fig. 5, thereby causing the end of the rod 33 to be retained under the shoulder 34 while it is raised by the lever 36. The handle 11 is thereby turned to stop the loom. A pivoted guard plate 70 prevents axial displacement of the arms 27 and of their bushings.
