Abstract

328,603. Miles, H. G. W. Chichester-. Jan. 30, 1929. Shelves; drawer fittings.- Shelves, partitions for drawers, &c. are secured in place by means of strips of rubber or like resilient material, formed as shown with a groove 5 to receive the edge of the shelf, &c. The base of the strip is formed with a groove or shallow channel 6, so that when the strip enclosing the shelf &c. 7 is pressed against a hard surface the strip is deformed as shown and grips the shelf, &c. The groove 5 may be lined with metal or formed as a metal &c. element atached to the base of the strip.
